Upcoming talk at the Society of Genealogists

I’m very excited to be giving a talk on St Patrick’s weekend for the Society of Genealogists in London. Sadly I won’t be there in-person to see the new premises (fond memories of the old one from my IGRS days though).

This talk is all about Irish censuses and census substitutes. I’ll be covering all the main resources and we’ll discuss the recent changes to the National Archives website. If you haven’t read my previous post on this big upheavel, please do!

The SoG talk is at 3pm on Saturday 15th March online. You can book directly with them here. Use a timezone converter if you are not in Ireland or Britain to check the appropriate time. The talk will be recorded so it’ll be available for Gold Members in the video library too.
