A few weeks ago, I recorded a podcast with Andrew Martin of the Family Histories show. It’s been released today and you can listen to it below or wherever you get your podcasts.
Let me know you what you think! I had Covid whilst recording hence the croaky voice – fully recovered now, thank goodness. I really enjoyed doing it & thanks to Andrew for having me on. There’s an extensive back catalogue of interesting interviews with other genealogists to enjoy as well.
I really enjoyed your interview and insight into Irish records, particularly since I’ve just started research on a Catholic family in County Clare, and I have one of my own ancestors from Raphoe (possibly) in County Donegal. I have a lot to learn! Thanks for the tip about RC records scarcity prior to 1800.
